This glassine envelope is filled with petals from calendula, and bachelor buttons, grown organically at River’s Edge Farm. Use the petals as garnish on cakes and cupcakes, or in salads, soups and rice dishes.

Petals were collected after the dew had evaporated and before the days became warm. The petals were air dried in a large flat basket.

Amount in the envelope is ¼ ounce, with a shelf life of two years or more.

Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to retain color and freshness the longest.
