Wild Foraged Mulberry Tea
Included in each wax paper bag: 10 rolled and dried mulberry leaves. Each one is good for a cup of tea.
Did you know that Mulberry leaves are one of the few tree leaves you can drink in a cup of tea.
Mulberry leaves have been used in traditional medicine for centuries. More recent studies are starting to back up what many cultures have long known.
Mulberry levels are rich in plant compounds like polyphenol antioxidants, as well as vitamin C, zinc, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium. A study done in 2023 found compounds in mulberry leaves that may help lower blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflammation levels.
How to make Mulberry Leaf Tea
Brew one tablespoon of dried mulberry leaves per cup of hot water (not boiling) for 10 minutes. Strain and serve. The flavor is mild, grassy, and similar to green tea.
Store the dried mulberry leaves in an airtight glass container, away from light and moisture.
Will keep fresh for up to 2 years.
